Robbie has been my property manager over 20 years. As I am an interstate owner, her local experience here in Hobart has been essential for providing quality and well-prepared properties, whilst keeping repair and maintenance costs economical. Will has begun assisting, and is super helpful, and easy to contact. He will go above and beyond to help with property management. I have been lucky enough to procure the services of Robbie Y and couldn't be happier. Initially she was recommended to me by a tradesperson who had seen her work for several years. Rose Allie has been my agent for the past 5 years and has sold 3 of my properties, plus 2 properties for family. She is professional, committed and reliable. She works hard to achieve your asking price and has sold all 5 properties way above asking price. She is always available and keeps you updated with the whole progress. I can't fault the service she provides and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

If you are the owner, it is definitely recommend for you as they always doing the best for the owner. If you are the tenants, then good luck wishing you meet someone is very professional and doing right things. We met 2 property managers Dhara and Linnea over the past 5 years and they were saying differently regarding the same thing taking advantage of tenants especially regarding to taking over the property. The following picture is damage according to the manager costing $780 to fix it, and we are so disappointed as we have been living there for nearly 5 years and I wish I could return them a new kitchen bench top when I left the property.

I could not recommend Knight Frank Hobart and in particular Robbie Yeoland our property Manager highly enough. The communication and thoroughness in managing and looking after our property  was first class.  Our property was left in the same condition if not better than when we handed it over to Knight Frank.  I will recommend to all the professionalism of Knight Frank Hobart and their team.

We have a few rental properties under management by Robbie Yoeland from Knight Frank, for the past few years. Since we moved to working with Robbie, we've been extremely satisfied - she is professional, approachable, helpful, manages & minimises maintenance costs and keeps us well informed. As we live overseas, having the confidence that our properties are being managed effectively and are in safe hands is critical. I would highly recommend Robbie to any property owner.

I have been a tenant under the property management of Knight Frank for around three years, I have always found Penny French and Robbie Yeoland to be absolute professionals. I would have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank as a property manager worth leasing a property from or conversely, appointing them as property managers.
