Thanks to Ben Vance for selling 8 units for us. The units all achieved our desired price and were sold quickly. We were kept in the loop throughout the process on all inspections. I would happily recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell their property.

Incompetent and Unprofessional Property Management. When it comes to property management, these guys are one of the cheapest options but the service just isn't there. We had our house managed by them for a year and had issues for almost the entire time. -We struggled to get copies of receipts whenever something need to be fixed. -The agents would continuously ignore our emails and phone messages when we had an enquiry. -To add insult to injury our end of year financial statement was incorrect and they could not explain clearly what they had done to arrive at the numbers. -When we finished with their service they credited us the incorrect money amount which included some of the tenants deposit. We told them about this immediately, and they just ignored us. Then six months later they asked for the money they incorrectly transferred to us. The issues listed here are only the tip of the iceberg. They were simply incompetent and unprofessional.

Cannot praise the staff more highly my rental property receives the best care all problems solved efficiently with care given to both parties
