HEAD OFFICE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND UNHELPFUL. I used this company several years ago and they were good. Tried to get them back but head office incompetent of delivering a message and I tried again a week later and they still knew nothing. So have told them that I will not now give them any business due to their unprofessional attitude and incompetence
I used this company three years ago. The valuer was polite and the report must have been competent as he put the value of my property just slightly higher than my own long experience of the property and area.
Rubbish, never use them
Unprofessional, sent me an e-mail, that left me bewildered, looked like an 8 yr old had written it..When discussed on the phone , they said old cop out obviously an admin error..Wiped their hands of me
Sheer incompetence 1 star is too generous Disregards fundamental rules of valuation.
Very rude and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional staff. Stay away from these guys.
