Michael & Jill have both been a pleasure to deal with - always cheerful, positive and attentive to our every need and concerns. Totally transparent in all dealings, more than satisfying the three A's of client focus - Availability, Affability and Ability.

A very quick sale (prior to first open home) at a premium price, well above expectation.

Thank you so much for all of your assistance, truly appreciated by all ... especially a very happy 87 year old who is relocating to Perth to be close to family.

Extremely poor communication and service by property management. Authorised non essential repairs on my property without communication or permission. Did not use my authorised tradesmen. Failed to keep me updated in regards to inspections. Overcharged my tenant for water. Did not reply to emails. Did not keep track of my smoke alarm maintenance appropriately.

Very unprofessional. Did not even bother contacting the rental applicants once the decision was made. Arrogant when contacted about the issue.

Very unprofessional, terrible communication, let tenants damage property without apparent concern. Arrigant when questioned about negligence. Do not use this agency to manage your rental properties.
