Have recently purchased a home through Ant Manton Ray White, the agent was Brad Stephens and the team there have gone over and above for me, I was put on a mailing list to receive all the latest updates of new listings in areas that I was interested in, and the team arranged inspection times that suited my schedule. 100% would recommend.

Do not believe anything that they tell you over the phone. Be sure to get all information in writing. I was told that a property was on the market for $350 000. In fact, it was on the market for $550 000. It was a complete waste of my time to look at the property and bait pricing is illegal.

Deceitful, dishonest, incompetent; just some of the words that spring to mind when thinking of my dealings with these people. Uncaring, lazy and unprofessional also are apt. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They give estate agents a bad name. How people can lie to your face like that is beyond me. The simplest of tasks were beyond them. I WOULD AVOID RAY WHITE CENTRAL HOBART LIKE THE PLAGUE
