So abrupt and rude when I rang, sorry if I interrupted you!! Lacking in product knowlege and could not/did not want to  refer me to anyone who may be able to help me. People contact you when in need of medical equipment so a little compassion may help.

The team couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. The same day I called and enquired they delivered the product that afternoon. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Place was super helpful to my wife, who needed to get me a specific item last minute on Friday to prevent me been stuck in hospital all weekend.

Sylvia was kind and helpful. Elan Med open right up to Xmas.
