Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all cost!nnI have reported this company to the The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ACCCnnThis company would deliberately avoid picking up empty cylinders and charging a monthly rental.nnAfter 1 year of ignoring our communication and an accumulation of 8 cylinders on site when only needing 1 per month, deliberately avoiding picking up empty cylinders to charge their monthly rental fee of cylinders held on site.nnI had to return 8 cylinders personally to their head office where they actively attempted to refuse the drop off. After refusing to pay the last 6 months of rental fees they still to this day deliberately sms me weekly just to piss me off for refusing to pay.nnWe now have 4 of our own gas cylinders and fill them up 3 times a year saving us thousands of dollars!nnSupagas is just another thieving company not interested in real business partnerships
Poor communication, constant issues, and bad customer service. Unless you call, you won’t know your delivery date. Online bookings give no confirmation or updates, and I’m always chasing the contact centre for answers. Every time there’s a problem, I’m told “this isn’t how it usually is”, yet there’s an issue with almost every delivery. The frustration between their department and logistics is obvious, and customers end up copping their poor attitude. Switched from Origin for the price, but I’d rather pay more for reliable service and clear communication.
Have been using this company for a number of years for a small Cafe i own. Twice in the last 4 months they have missed our weekly scheduled had drop, resulting in the cafe being out of gas and losing revenue. Have contacted multiple people multiple times to be handballed of to the next person with no answers. No replies to messages, no results to emails. Terrible customer service and terrible business standards.nIf you are thinking about using, strongly consider others.
We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Supagas. For over 12 months we have been asking them to pick up their bottles and close the account, yet they have failed to do so. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, the bottles remain uncollected and they continue to charge us for a product we do not use.nnThis has caused ongoing frustration and unnecessary costs for our small business. The lack of response, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling. We would not recommend Supagas to anyone based on our experience.
Loyal customer of ~1.5 years. We ordered gas a few weeks ago, and have only just realised now that it was never delivered. When I checked in our account it says the order was cancelled. We didn't receive any communication regarding this and obviously we didn't receive a refund - it was just credited to our account also with no communication. We didn't realise that we didn't have the first bottle replaced and now the second bottle has run out. Cold showers tonight in the freezing cold. Great!
