Today I experienced the best customer service from Sue. She went above and beyond to get a delivery of gas to us after we had run out and been waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery from another supplier. We will be sticking to Supagas as our main supplier from now on. Thanks again!
Absolutely blown away and beyond grateful for the help and superstar service from Sue at Supagas! We had totally run out gas, and she was able to allocate an exchange on the next available delivery, which would have meant we have needed to wait 7 days. Sue went over and above in her efforts, and said she’d see if anything else could be done to get it to us earlier. Later that day, she called me back, and said she had managed to find a driver to get to us that same day!!!! Thank you so much Sue!! Xx
Worse gas company in Qld. Expects customers to go without gas for over 10 days because they don't have the brain capacity to hire more drivers. When asked why they couldn't deliver sooner. I was treated extremely poorly by someone who calls her self customer service. Would not recommend any person to go with this gas company. They charge through the roof compared to other companies and their website says next day delivery probably should say next week delivery.
I hate Google Reviews as the owner of the business is virtually blackmailed. I see all these bad reviews, probably bad planning on the customers side or unreasonable customer demands. I have used Supagas for two years. I empty a bottle, book a replacement on the website and within a week, worst case two weeks, its been swapped. No hassle, great service. That's the Beenleigh branch. Do not hesitate to use these guys, my experience has been awesome. Still using them now and I just ordered a replacement. Thank you Supagas team.
Takes long time to deliver gas, no refund of rental fee. Pretty bad experience with Supagas last year. Ordering gas with them last time few months ago took 3 weeks or so for them to deliver. More recently same story. Ordered gas on 22nd Dec before it ran out, was told the delivery will be on 10th Jan. Ran out of gas while waiting, called them again asking for the refund of annual rental fee found another provider who can deliver quicker, and was told no refund of rental fee will be given.
Ran out of gas in our rental due to my slackness and inexperience with GHW systems. Needed to arrange an urgent cylinder swap. Placed an order for one online then after discussions with our site manager worked out I would actually need 2, and that the industry shortage could mean delays. So I called up to request change to the order and prioritisation. The Supagas staff could not have been more sympathetic, helpful or efficient. Was placed on the schedule for the following day and had hot water on in time for my morning shower.
Excellent service from Customer Service Officer Sue Kruger we required a gas bottle and was originally told it would be 3 weeks before we could get a bottle, Sue made a call on our behalf and we had a bottle that afternoon. Very satisfied.customers.
Called three weeks ago and ordered LPG for home. Was told it would take two weeks, and given a date. Was then sent a text message the afternoon I thought my gas would have been already delivered stating it would be another week and a half. If your business CAN NOT fulfil basic customer orders and you are short staffed or handed, stop taking new customer orders and focus on fulfilling current orders. It’s common sense. Now I have no gas for hot water or cooking and will be out of pocket. Thanks for nothing.
In my experience their billing system continues to send invoices for goods not rendered ghost billing. They fail to honour agreed rates with deceptive billing - last invoice was 150% increase upon an AGREED price. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever. OWNER: no, I don't want to contact you or your marketing team. I may however take this up with the ACCC.
I'm based in Narangba and have the same delivery driver each time. He is such a credit to your company. Always lovely, polite and asks how my day is. We are in a world of people quick to point the finger and complain but I wanted to make the effort so you were aware of an amazing staff member in your team and a credit to your company.
