I visited lunchtime and specifically asked for fresh chicken chunks. Despite clearly stating that I wanted fresh pieces, I was given dried-out chunks instead. On top of that, the pieces were small and definitely not worth the $8.99 for five tiny chunks. Very disappointed with the quality and service — I won’t be coming back.

The store is absolutely not taken care of. I used one of their windshield cleaners and it was rusty, broken and had a sharp edge hidden in the foam which had badly scratched the bonnet of my $65000 car and the manager said they have no responsibility of equipment at the pumps since it’s complimentary I have decided to take this to court for compensation. British Petroleum needs to pay attention to its stores.

So disappointed with my Door Dash order. Substitute gravy with spring roll? Which could not even be eaten, so overcook. Dagwood dog was hard and could have been days old. Chips way overcooked and chicken was so greasy which I assume wasn't drained properly

chicken has been out of stock for the past week!! Every order I've tried to make has been refused both in store and on uber Eats/DoorDash!! Customer Service is just rude and staff are very dismissive !! also the staff here have seriously bad BO problems and absolutely stink Really badly !! DISGUSTING  they also don't use gloves when handling raw and hot food !! Instead use their dirty petrol covered hands !!! Very yucky that is !!!!!!!nnAlso there has been a dead rat  smell out the front of store at the night pay window and forecourt area for the past 2 weeks they have a dead rodent problem here it's sickening and really really bad smell

Fried chicken taste delicious  service is friendly.
