Friendly and Helpful Staff. Took the time to answer any queries about store products. Assisted in Instruction of Lift/Recliner Operations without hesitation. Patient and Empathetic to specific needs.
Happy to take my money when I hired equipment, but kept charging me for it. With charges made over a week after I returned it. No apology for over charging me, and made to wait for a refund. Customer service was great when I bought / hired stuff but below average when I had an issue.
Not too impressed to be honest. Went in to buy some new items that I needed for an elderly client of mine. Took a long time before I was even approached for help. Then the sales assistant had no idea.. It was like they didn't even want to sell to me. Seemed to be overly expensive too! Ended up leaving with nothing unfortunately.
Waste of time and effort order online the idiots have no idea in the shop
Always had great service here when I have hired equipment for my stays on the GC. Cheap also, $8 a week for a shower chair hire.
Very helpful friendly staff
Large range of mobility equipment on display. Both for sale and hire
