I was very upset by the actions of the sales lady and contacted Liberty. I GOT TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND ALSO A MANAGER FROM THERE AND THEY HAVE BEEN SO HELPFUL TO ME AND MAKING SURE THAT WHAT I PURCHASED WAS RIGHT FOR ME, AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. ALSO, WHEN THE DELIVERY MAN CAME WITH MY ELECTRIC CHAIR - WOW - HE WAS ONE OF THE MOST HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL DELIVERY PERSON I HAVE MET. HE IS A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY. I AM GLAD I HAD A CHANCE TO INTERACT WITH THE OWNER AND THE WONDERFUL MANAGER AND THE DELIVERY MAN, AS I AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW EVERYTHING HAS BEEN HANDLED AND SOMETIMES A BAD APPLE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE WHOLE COMPANY IS LIKE THAT. i AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE THAT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM. I CAN NOW HONESTLY SAY THAT I DO TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ALSO THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I have also posted about AIDACARE - - they had no customer service to fix the fact that I was hired out a wheelchair that was unsafe and also not enough air in the tires... THEY DID NOT GET BACK TO ME AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR APOLOGISE THAT THEIR PRODUCT HAD CAUSED ME A LOT OF PAIN, THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO REMEDY THE AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THEM. WHICH IS SAD AND PROVES EVEN MORE SO WHY NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM !!! I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD NEVER HIRE TO ME AGAIN !!!! DISCUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - SO INSTEAD OF PUTTING IN ENERGY TO RECTIFY THEIR DELIVERING UNSAFE PRODUCTS AND OFFER A SOLUTION - THEY BANNED ME.!! THIS DOES NOT SAY MUCH AT ALL POSITIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND AFTER SALE SERVICE. LIBERTY ON THE OTHER HAND, MET WITH ME AND RECTIFIED THE SITUATION AND ACTUALLY WON ME BACK AS A CUSTOMER AND EARNED MY TRUST THAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG THEY WILL RECTIFY IT AND ALL THE OTHER STAFF I HAVE MET apart from that saleswoman WERE DELIGHTFUL AND HELPFUL AND CARING - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THAT I CAN TRUST THEM TO GET WHAT WILL SUITE MY INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. I LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH THEM MORE OVER TIME, AS WITH MY CONDITIONS MY NEEDS CAN VARY AND I NEED QUITE A FEW ITEMS TO TRY TO SETTLE MY CHRONIC PAIN DOWN, AND ALSO HAVE EXCELLENT PRODUCTS WHEN IT IS BAD THAT WILL NOT AGGRIVATE IT ANY FURTHER. . IT is hard enough on the elderly and also the disabled without companies like I experienced with Aidacare...... HOW VERY SAD. PLEASE SPEAK UP IF ANYTHING IS UNJUSTLY DONE TO YOU BY ANY COMPANIES. You have a voice, it is your right . Help others by sharing. Most people do not want to be a hassle - you are not being a hassle or be seen as troublesome. you may be trouble some to the company but not to all the other people around who you will help by sharing.
