This practice consistently employs excellent, caring doctors. I've been a patient for many years now and I am so happy with my medical care here. The practice is set up to assist patients every need. I love the telehealth option and have just discovered the excellent functions in the mypractice app. But most importantly it is easy to book and rarely am I unable to get a same day appointment for unexpected illness.

Have been going here for years. This business has recently removed bulk billing completely. Do not want to be hit with a $60 fee as a student with no job when your website says it still supports this government assistance....There was also some elderly man who had no idea about the fee also, and was demanded payment. He only had cash and was told to go and get the correct amount and come back as they only have an EFTPOS machine and could not give any change.
The dr cut me of an hi dose targenopioid cold Turkey ,and they wonder why I go in the next day crook as ,as my dr said if I'm struggling with it to come in and see him so I did and he tried to make out he was not there. Unprofessional, there all immature. I wonder if dr Joseph Fargo has a heart, I have been going there 4 years that is one of many low unprofessional incidences that my health has put me through
The older lady with the grey hair bob working in reception today was so rude to everyone. She spoke down to three people and insulted them and I was only there for a couple of minutes so god knows how many people she abused. It was my first time going there and probably my last. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. 10am Monday 19th September 2022
The doctors are all lovely, the nurse is so easy to talk to and the ladies on reception always make me feel welcome. Its easy to get to and plenty of parking
Dr. Alannah is just an amazing doctor. She makes you feel comfortable and is very understanding of your situation and problems.
So my husband went to the wrong clinic this morning Sunday he was meant to go to Our Medical. However, he knocked on the window because he could see a lady in there and he was going to ask for directions, the lady turned out to be the cleaner who gave him the FINGER and told him to shoo! I do find this hilarious but I also think it’s extremely unprofessional. Do better or hire better.
