I did a CPAP Trial via this shop. It was easy to get a pick up and mask-fitting appointment. Staff were friendly and helpful and the store was clean and easily accessible from the parking lot out the front. The hired equipment was clean or new, and I felt safe and confident using it. During the trial staff were eager to help in answering my questions and providing advice. They also quickly sent me an extra mask to try when I asked about a different style. Overall I was very happy with the experience of modern CPAP therapy and ResMed products and service that I received from ResMed Mermaid Beach.

Came across ResMed Mermaid Beach after appalling service from one of their competitors at Pacific Fair. The staff basically told me that I shouldn't be alive. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Feeling despondent but not wanting to give up, I thought I'd go straight to the company store/manufacturer. This is where I met the lovely Patricia Paludo, she immediately alleviated all my fears and assured me that my condition could be reversed. Her patient/bedside manner was 100% better than what I had experienced. She got me to try on different mask sizes, thoroughly explained how my Airsense 10 works and even arranged a travel caravan kit so I can go camping with my CPAP machine. I left the store feeling assured and confident. 2 days later I received a call from Patricia making sure that the system was working to my expectations and was able to make necessary adjustments remotely saving me travel to the store. She has continued that communication via email for the last 2 months, sending me reports on how my sleep is going and giving me regular encouragement. Retail can be a tough gig, especially when it comes to peoples health, but I cannot thank Patricia enough for her help and support, and would highly recommend anyone to see her. You helped change my life!!!!

ResMed CPAP machines and masks are not safe and too dangerous to people healths causing cancer and deaths and body damages...  ResMed CPAP inc CEO lies and tricks and irresponsible for people healths causing....  These are serious crimes against humanity healths in the marketplaces...  Very scary and very abusive and bulling scams healths causing to CPAP patients users... All ResMed CPAP products CPAP products are not safe at all...,

I had an awesome experience with ResMed Mermaid Beach. Luke was very helpful & provided me with the best service possible. Everything about my new CPAP machine was clearly explained & the ongoing service has been exceptional. Feedback has been provided weekly showing my sleep experience results. In my first week report I could clearly see the CPAP hard at work giving me the best week of sleep that I have had in many years! I would highly recommend Luke & the ResMed Mermaid Beach team to anyone looking for a great CPAP solution,...thank you!

Thank you for your helpfulness when we needed an emergency replacement

Hopeless. I  booked an appointment and took on my machine for repair. Neither of the two staff members knew anything technical. Plenty of sales material and product on display but no-one who knew anything meaningful. It may be that the industry has grown so rapidly and now so competitive that pretty girls and sales staff take the place of trained people.

My experience today was awesome I went into store to purchase my first cpap machine. I was a little apprehensive and this was totally quashed by the lovely Kaylene Collyer. Her wonderful helpful demeanour put me at ease straight away. Her knowledge and advice was exactly what I was looking for. She is an absolute credit to this store. I highly recommend this business if you are in the market for cpap machines, accessories or advice.

I would like to share my experience when I visited the CPAP office at Mermaid Beach.I when taken my ResMed machine to have a problem solved. Kaylene who attended me could not have been more helpful. Very polite and informative. On leaving the store I was completely satisified with the service I received. Kaylene did a very good job. G J McNamara

Took the machine in for repair, first it took them over 2 weeks to fix it and it had to be sent to sydney. when they called me to collect the machine was not even hygienicly packaged and the customer rep was touching it with the bare hands and pulled it out some plastic bag. Now that i have taken it home it is all full of dust. Will be requesting for them to provide a new machine. Really expected a lot more from them. Feel like a mistake switching from fisher and paykel to these guys. Definitely will never buy another machine from them.

Hi. Have been there before and was very happy with Kayleen. Tried to call 4.02pm local time and the "voice" said Friday hours 8-6pm. This was prefaced by we are closed. Will try again
