GREAT COMPANY. Well a huge thank you to freedom as our walker started having some issues with the bearings in the wheel causing lots of drama when I tried to navigate narrow hallways etc etc .. We were unable to find our receipt because we only bought it through a chemist but to their credit they said bring it down and we will have a look at it for you. Well it was ready next day and when I picked it up they said everything was fine ..no charge and gave me 2 bearings to keep for spares. Well they were within their right to ask me to pay but did it for nothing , so a huge thank you to management !!!!!!

Thank you! I needed a repair/maintenance adjustment on my grandfathers wheely walker, the team couldn't have been more helpful completing the adjustment on the spot with no question. I wish more retailers were this good.
