I've been a customer for decades, always buying the same product during that time. Until August of this year, there has never been too much of a problem ordering or taking delivery of an order. After August however, they've made changes to their business in some form. This has meant that my suburb only has one delivery run per week, which is fine. That just means I had to adjust the times I ordered products. However, the larger problem is that they now order such low quantities of products, that they are on constant back order. Since August, I've been left out of pocket because of the incompetence this company now shows in being able to actually stock their brands. Take for instance an order I place in the middle of November. It still hasn't arrived and we're a fortnight away from Christmas. Their excuse is to put the blame on their suppliers not delivering the products in a reasonable time frame. However, they've also said they changed the suppliers in August. This is clearly a detriment to the business, and personally; the biggest reason I will no longer place orders of my own here. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They stuff around with peoples livelihoods and the outcome means their customers are worse off. Medical and incontinence products are not something people want, they're something people need. Until they realise this, find somewhere else.
Wait on the phone for hours and they hang up, order online it costs more they dont know why, been waiting over 2 months for our last order.
