I recently joined EFM Health Club Gym Cairns South, and I'm loving it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and there's a great selection of workout classes and machines. The facilities are really clean and well-maintained, and the gym has a great atmosphere. It's also really affordable, which is a bonus. I'm so glad I signed up and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym experience. 5 stars!
I have gone to this gym for about a year and I am finding it hard to concentrate on working out due to the excessive noise. It comes from outside, either from vehicles or students and it distracts me. I hope that the school will try to stop this problem soon.
I love it here at EFM I come 3 times a week and I feel so welcomed every time by everyone. Karen is amazing and there is a real sense of community every time I vist!
I’ve been seeing Karen for 4 years now and she’s very knowledgeable and focuses on individual goals and strengths. Highly recommend

Love it. Lots of huffing and puffing and smiles. Encouraging and pushing you at the same time.
