I had a haircut and balayage done after reading such good reviews on here. The haircut and colour turned out well, but I don't think the price was worth the lack of customer service. The woman cutting my hair was rushed and talked to her other client, who seemed to be a good friend, the entire time and I found myself awkwardly placed in the middle of their personal conversations. After the colour, I was passed back and forth between coworkers while she worked on her other client's hair.  She was clearly in a rush to fit us both in, although I had been assured that there was enough time for me. I have never been so rushed in a salon before would not recommend if you're looking for a pampering salon experience.

UPDATE: The Salon Manager reached out to me following this review and was extremely understanding and helpful. I was even offered a complimentary treatment and blowdry. Following this, I believe they deserve an additional star.

Siobhan cut my hair many many years ago and I was devastated when she left on an overseas adventure because I have very long, thick hair and she was the only one who seemed to be able to cut it so it didn’t fall into a mullet after I washed it at home.

MY LIFE GOT SO MUCH BETTER SINCE SHE CAME BACK AND I FOUND HER AGAIN!!!!!

Siobhan always takes the time to talk to me about what I want and what’s important to me – which is something that’s easy to maintain and not a lot of upkeep. She is open and honest with me about what we can achieve to suit, which I always appreciate. 

She puts thought and skill into my hair 100% of the time, and her cut and colours are always on trend! I’ve never been disappointed when I have left the salon!

I was so nervous to get my hair cut because it was so long and I just didn’t want a change. But once moving to Australia I was recommended by a friend to go to Siobhan at Edwards and Co., she was so sweet and talked me through the whole process! I love how full of life my new hair is, I couldn’t be happier with the result! Thank you Siobhan xx

I recently decided to cut my LONG hair off to a SHORT bob!!!! This was a very BIG move for me - and I am soo so so grateful to Siobhan for my amazing cut!!! It's beautiful... She spent so much time talking to me about exactly what I wanted, and checking with me all the way through to make sure it was perfect. Once the cut was styled, she spent the time making little custom changes to ensure the cut was PERFECT for my hair. She also taught me exactly how to style it so I can make it look salon fresh every day. I can't thank her enough. I won't be going anywhere else.... xxxx

I love Siobhan at Edwards and co! Siobhan has been my hairdresser for over 8 years and I’ve followed her wherever she goes. Love the colour and cut she did for me at Edwards and co. They are amazing at blonde and I love my new hair!! Thanks so much Siobhan  xx
