If I could give this place a 0 I would. Terrible experience with the receptionist. No customer services skills at all. Not everyone actually knows what services you offer before they enquire.

Open until 6PM on Sunday my rear end. Drove ages to go to this shop as it said it was open. And get there at 530 and everything is closed. PISSED!!!!

The staff were very nice and appeared excited to be involved in getting your hair done. The downside is that it is extremely expensive and not worth it. I paid about $150 for hair dye that ended up completely fading out in a week while my friend paid $300 for hair extensions (tape) only to have two of them fall out and they were dyed the wrong colour! Despite the sweet staff, I will never go back.
