Jacinta did my hair correction and Balayage. The whole experience was excellent. The green was removed, the colour was corrected and the new foils were done so that they did not ruin my already super fragile hair. I was pretty much to the point I was never using a hairdresser again but found Trendz in a search and from the reviews felt I would try one more time and if they ruined it I would only grow it out and never get it done again..... well Jacinta not only is an awesome human being, she is an incredible Hairdresser so I will trust her with my hair from now on. I must say the salon is so awesome too, wow the high roof! Laid back environment and the team work between the girls is excellent. First time experience here. Warming comfortable Decor, all staff welcoming with a smile.  The hairdresser I was assigned to Seemed more interested in timing. Forgot to show me the back of my hair. I had booked an online appointment the night before paid a $50 holding deposit  Is it what I wanted? No  Did the hairdresser listen to me? No  Am I happy with my style cut? Yesterday I had my hair done by Jacinta and to say the very least, she was absolutely amazing. I came in very nervous because I have extremely long hair past my bum haha and I haven’t coloured it or ever cut it. She walked me through everything and within the first 5 minutes all my nerves were gone. I ended up with the most beautiful colour and she cut me some incredible bangs! I visited Trenz Bundall for the first time last week. I came here for a big transformation. I went from blonde to dark hair with bangs and extensions. I haven't been able to find a hairdressing studio that I have actually enjoyed going to. I had forgotten how enjoyable going to the hairdresser could actually be. As soon as I walked in I could tell there was a good vibe here. Then I met my hairdresser, Tash. She is honestly one of the friendliest and funniest hairdressers I have ever met. Usually when I go to a hair salon I feel like time drags on and it takes forever. I was here for a few hours but it felt like no time at all. Tash has a really wonderful personality and made the experience so enjoyable. Not only was she a lovely person in general but she did an amazing job. I honestly could not believe how incredible my hair looked. I understand now why, when people find a good hairdresser they follow them where ever they go. I think Tash will always be my go to moving forward no matter where she goes, that is how great she is at her job.
