Really disappointed with this salon. I had Jaime one of the owners do my hair, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and told her I still wanted to have enough length to put my hair up into a ponytail. My hair was past my shoulders and the style I showed her was a curly cut just above the shoulders. She ended it up cutting it so short it basically become a bob and because it’s curly it bounced up even more, not only can I not tie it up but it looks horrendous curly so now I have to blow dry it every morning despite asking for a low maintenance cut. I wouldn’t have posted this review had she bothered to give me a call back when i called the salon and told them I was really unhappy with it and needed it fixed. Really bad customer service and absolutely zero attempt to rectify the situation

Had a fantastic experience at Hair la Natural with Yasmin! I got my hair curled and two braids put in for a wedding and it not only looked great, but it lasted all day and still felt comfortable. As a busy mom, I don’t get my hair done much, so it was nice getting pampered and feeling my best with a fancy hairstyle. My first two hair cuts were great but my last haircut a couple of weeks ago was terrible. The cut is uneven and not shaped properly at the back. There seems to be a high turnover of hairdressers at the Chevron Island salon. I certainly will not be going back. I now have to find a new hairdresser to fix my last hair cut.

Cleanliness Professional Affordable   This is my new favourite salon! I’m a high maintenance blonde who’s been looking for a new hairdresser. I was so impressed by Yasmine and Georgia during my appointment today. Yasmin took the time to listen and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Georgia was lovely and professional at the basin.  This is the first salon that hasn’t made me feel bad for using supermarket products on my hair. First time there and the ladies were all great. Skilled, welcoming, happy, AND they actually listened to what I wanted. Thank you ladies!!  Just had another visit last week and I'm deeply regretting the 4 stars I gave last time Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. But 5 stars are more than earned for sure. Walked out super happy and love HLN Chevron vibe!!  Thanks ladies. Posted some before and afters of my last visit Oct 2.
