I went there and asked for a haircut but a staff member said I have to do the package deal that included hair cut, wash, blow dry and stylist, I didn’t want that and explained all I wanted is a haircut why don’t you have that option. I believe they just wanted me to spend as much money as possible when I don’t have the money to waste. Will not be going back again.
I would not want to miss thanking Lauren for recommending Karine, the French hairdresser, I could not be happier. I have been going there for a few months now and well intend to keep doing so. Karine has strong customer service skills and knows how to " listen " to my needs , thumbs up !
I came to this store a week ago to purchase a red colour to put through my hair, the lady was lovely. She talked me into buying a colour that she said would look great. After getting home and googling magenta hair I realised that it was more purple than red. I was set on a red colour so I returned the colour today, it had not been touched, still in the original bag with receipt. The lady said they don’t do returns I explained that no one had told me this when I purchased this and I didn’t want a refund, just the same product in red. She took the lid off the dye and started picking at the cap strange she then said she would have to call her manager. I said no problem and started looking around as I was going to purchase a treatment and a conditioner. Without even making the call she comes back and tells me she can’t do anything because the cap is loose and she can see the dye! WOW! I then explained that I had seen her picking at the cap. She then barked at me that she would exchange it because she did not want any trouble. Trouble? I never once raised my voice or was rude. I shop at this store all the time and will NEVER be back. Absolutely disgusting customer service, I have never experienced anything like it. Not sure of the lady’s name but she had dark hair and a very strong accent.
DARREN, WOW, what an extraordinary experience. Professional, consultation was on point, and I certainly got what i went there for! See you in 4, if not earlier! Definitely have a treatment with your service, as it is beyond the best!Service: Hairstyling
