Writing this review to commend Sir Craig for being a great help, not to mention that he's really a nice man and approachable.nnHe's the staff who was on duty that time when I got a problem with my opal card. I was tapping out from the exit of the park and ride and the machine didn't recognize it so I parked again and went back to the train station hoping that someone could assist me.nnI saw this man, Sir Craig, talking to someone and I was a little bit hesitant to asked him but then he notice me and he was the onewho approached and ask how he can be of help.nnI explained to him what happened and he's happy to help. He went with me all the way down to where I was parked, instructed me and called the operator that was able to open the parking barrier.nnSo that's it. Just wanted to share my experience and that I'm grateful to Sir Craig. Hoping that everyone is like him. Approachable, ready to listen, patient, kind and willing to help and assist someone's in need.nn
Nice , clean but the public ladies toilets have always been locked each time I have wanted to use it. The cleaner that was there at the time refused to open it for me which I thought was really inconsiderate.
No point having commuter car park if all the construction workers nearby take up all the parking spaces every bloody morning on a weekday!! It’s meant for commuters and customers for trains not your job sites nearby!Caught a couple strolling to their cars when their shifts finished at 3pm. City rail do something about it, not good enough!
The station is neat and clean but there are no benches at the concourse area, no opal card charging station either, which is sometimes very inconvenient for regular travellers.nnParking is another major issue. They should urgently build a multistory car park.nPathetic!!
NEEDS MORE PARKING!nToo many people have to result in parking on the side of the road, on the grass, in the dirt etc. Some times the police come passed to fine those who aren't parked in a car spot BUT THERE ARE NO SPOTS LEFT!? Stop fining people that are just trying to use public transport to get to work. Its discouraging them to use the line.
