This is a great place, it truly is a mix of cultures here. Plenty of Chinese people,  and plenty of middle eastern people here as well. 

The fact that it is close to the mosque may have something to do with it, it tends to be a mix of lower social economical people. But the food places are nice and you get plenty of opportunity to see those cultures in action.

Love Auburn!! Most eatery shops open till 2-3am, best kebabs in town and lively atmosphere. Getting more populated but so is all of Sydney.

Train schedule sucks, never on time especially penrith and merryland lines.
