Rachel from eastside real estate has done an amazing job with my investment property. She is reliable, honest, efficient and experienced professional. I reached out to 3 different agencies (online) on Saturday night. I get a call from Rachel on Sunday morning. She came to my investment property same day. I’ve been a tenant with Eastside Property Centre in the past and am now looking to buy an investment property of my own - I will definitely be choosing this agency to look after my new rental property. They were strict agents, but fair and always nice to deal with.

A huge thank you to the team at Eastside Property for going absolutely above and beyond in the rental of our investment property this month.  We had difficulty finding a tenant prior to engaging Eastside, and within a week we were presented with three extremely impressive tenancy offers.  We felt as though the team had our property's best interests at heart, and they worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless occupancy for both us and our new tenants. Thanks again guys!

If you can avoid this business, please do. I found them to be negligent and very unprofessional. Please look else where. This business has done nothing but waste our time. I truly hope that  this does not happen to you.
