What strikes me about dealing with Claudia Portale from McGrath is her incredible dedication to her work and her attitude in never giving up on achieving the best possible result. She really is passionate about her work and never rests on her laurels. I found her approach to be extremely professional and at the same time reassuring in handling the delicate and stressful situation of buying and selling ones' home. An exceptional negotiator, a cut above the rest.

My trusted agent was Claudia Portale. Sorry, but I do not agree with any of the previous flattering comments. Absolutely unsatisfied the way and the rushing of the sale of my property. NEW sellers/buyers DO NOT sign anything without your lawyer being PRESENT. Trust ONLY yourself, period. They do not have the capacity to put a price on your property, you do, period. Do not sign an agency contract allowing an in between lower and higher price or any power of attorney for your sale and no clause allowing any agent o sign or initial on your behalf any annex or alterations to the contract. Put a minimum price you feel is right for you and not to rush in a bargain sale, period. Check the buyer's finance and instruct the agent to check the buyer can afford to buy on your terms and not theirs. There are buyers all the time and only one sucker, me or you.

We’ve dealt with Priscilla on a number of occasions for buying and selling properties. After we’ve had the ‘Priscilla’ experience, we won’t deal with any other agents. Priscilla truly cares about your situation and wants to ensure she gets the best for you – the seller. Unlike other agents, she never forgets that she is working for you and makes sure that she gets you the best possible outcome. She’s very thorough with her communications and has a great team supporting her so you never feel far away from what is happening. I/we couldn’t recommend Priscilla more highly and will only deal with her in the future. She is brilliant. Thanks for all of your help with everything Priscilla.

This is the second sale that Priscilla has managed for me and together with her team have again provided exceptional service. They consistently deliver beyond expectations, selling my home in record time for a maximum price. Selling a property while living abroad can be plagued with problems including timezones and communication however these were handled seamlessly and professionally. Additionally, Priscilla and her team helped oversee the renovation of my home to get it 'market ready' and were my trusted allies throughout the entire process. I am so thankful and delighted with the outcome.

I would happily recommend Jacqui Rowland-Smith and her team Laura and Oliver. They were always respectful, calm and helpful during the sale of our home in Mosman. Jacqui and her team went out of their way to help us in every aspect of preparing our property for sale. They were always available and patient and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. Jacqui is well-known and respected within the Mosman community and I would be happy to use Jacqui in the future. Kate Thurgarland
