You did an extraordinary job in difficult times - we really appreciated it. In early 2022 we decided to sell our waterfront home in Mosman. We interviewed several real estate agents in Mosman, but from our first meeting with Richard Simeon it was clear that he had the extensive knowledge and expertise required to sell our waterfront home. He has sold more Mosman waterfronts than anyone else and knows the area intimately, having grown up in the suburb. In a challenging market in 2022-23, Richard and Sabrina remained enthusiastic and persistent which resulted in a most positive outcome. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, but without question, Richard has been the most effective agent that we have worked with, his intimate knowledge of the area, his clear and successful marketing strategy, his personal involvement with every sale and his extensive connections in the business, make him the go-to agent for high-end real estate in Mosman and in particular waterfront property sales.
Great͏ Result in Challenging Times! Richard and his team really worked hard for us at a time when market forces were very uncertain. We believe Richard achieved a very good result when similar properties were not moving at all. His advice and counsel was much appreciated.
Excellent results from Richard Simeon. Richard recently completed the sale of our home in Dalton Road, Mosman and we were delighted with his work. We wanted to engage an agent who had all the foundational skills to sell a house advice, preparation, process, savvy, marketing skills. Many agents have this but we needed a little bit more. We wanted someone who also had the EQ and talent to engage with buyers, gain their confidence, understand their needs and then deliver a very good outcome. Richard personally attended every open home not every agent does so he could strengthen his buyer relationships. When it came time to negotiate he used those relationships plus his own talent, commerciality and negotiating skills to achieve a very good outcome for us. We would highly recommend Richard Simeon to sellers in the area.
“Whatever͏ is rightly done, however humble, is noble.” A fitting quote from Sir Henry Royce, that personifies Richard, his teamwork with Sabrina. Not to mention, if you want it done right, do it with Richard!! Early 2020, we off-market, dipped our toes into the water with Richard and the late Mark Manners. After interviewing several other Mosman Real-estate Agents, all sugar coating, promising vast networks, quick and big results. COVID put an end to our 2020 campaign. Mid-2022, we observed a neighbouring property go through two agents; the property was passed in at auction with the first agent and saw the second agent withdraw the property from auction. The property remains unsold 4-months on. A second neighbouring property despite front page articles struggled to sell, eventually selling for $1-1.5m below its value. Both being examples of the wrong agents for the area, the property, the desired price point. Experience, or lack thereof speaks volumes. Despite these poor results, we’d done our due diligence and were confident Richard remained the right agent for our property. Mindful of current market conditions and his intimate knowledge of the area, he proposed an Expressions of Interest Campaign, and commencing 1st September 2022. Our home, became Richard and Sabrina’s home, seeing them familiarise themselves with the countless characteristics, nuances, features and facets of our home and surrounds, prior to the first Open for Inspection. Richard attended every inspection personally, unlike many listing agents who leave these for junior associates to attend. EOI’s closed on the 27th of September, and following a review of contenders, we accepted an offer the next day. Richard is direct, no sugar coating, calling it as he sees it, without causing offence. We’re thankful for the tailored approach respective to our property and prevailing market condition rather than applying a one size fits all approach. Richard values his reputation, the results of which, not to mention countless accolades, speak for themselves.
Richard Simeon is a miracle worker. He is the consummate professional who, armed with his many years of experience selling in the Mosman area, well exceeded our expectations. From weekly extensive reports and post-inspection debriefs we were kept well informed of progress on the sale and he at all times inspired confidence in his ability to get the result we wanted.
