My wife and I recently bought an apartment in Port Douglas through Cenuty21. We dealt with principal licensee Phil Holloway and were most impressed with his helpfulness and professionalism. Even after the sale, Phil went to great lengths to assist us with some logistical issues (not of their making) which was way beyond our expectations. We would certainly recommend Century 21.

We are currently trying to buy a business in Port Douglas where the lease agreement is managed by Century 21! The Commercial Property Manager - Ian is avoiding our calls and is the reason why we can't complete our licenses with council. We have tried calling the office to ask to speak to him several times and recently the Supervisor or Manager of the branch! We were hung up on because we would not reveal our name! We are suppose to take over the business in just over two weeks and at this point we are seriously thinking about pulling out of the deal. This will not effect us, but it will effect the current owner whom has sold his house etc. - We will give the State Office a call and see where that goes! We are not impressed at all!

Century 21 Port Douglas is worth considering if you are looking for a good real estate agent. many thanks Soula for your professionalism, and your honesty. The Property Manager, Megan is also a real gem. We have a great investment in Port Douglas and know it is being well looked after. We look forward to catching up with all the staff at Century 21 Port Douglas on our next visit to the Far North.
