After travelling the top end and being on the road for 5 months we were in need of a short stay. We found a great property via Ulysses Getaways close to beach for us and my family who flew up to Port Douglas for a week of school holidays. The Ulysses team were fantastic in arranging all we needed, addressing details every step of the way. We will definitely be using their services again when next in FNQ. We highly recommend anyone to touch base and discuss your holiday needs. Thanks again to Claire and Johnny for a great holiday break.
This was a fantastic home for our vacation. Just steps from the beach. Very spacious and well decorated-truly luxurious with a great kitchen and bedrooms, master bath. Lots of kitchen supplies for those of us who like to cook. Great pool to relax in. Ulysses even welcomed us with flowers and wine. The town is just a few minutes away by car. Easy to get to Great Barrier Reef for scuba diving. Would definitely stay here again.
Great company to work with. They were very responsive during booking process, extremely helpful upon arrival, housekeeping was exceptional, three special requests while in house were met with quick, kind, professional service. I would highly recommend the services of Ulysses for anyone wishing to have a private getaway in Far North Queensland. Having first spent our honeymoon in 2007 and another trip in late 2013, we can't wait to sample another of the properties in the near future. A big thankyou to Kent, Lili & the team!
