We had a two bedroom apartment. It was spacious, with everything we needed, Great central location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Olivia was really helpful and informative , arranging our transfers and tour. Would definitely stay there again!
Lovely 2 bed self contained apartment, with relaxed tropical feel, light, bright and well equipped with nice elevated views over tropical surrounds. Great location to walk to 4 Mile beach and the main shopping/restaurant strip.. Lovely friendly hosts & would highly recommend. Great coffee at Little Larder, & highly recommend a trip out to Mossman Gorge for walks & a drive to Cape Tribulation too…
Stayed in the 2 bed apartment and it was so nice! Everything you needed, all amenities and great attention to detail. The service and level of cleanliness was superb. The apartment was so spacious, lovely decor and all the appliances and equipment you could wish for - all seemed brand new! We visited in the low season so had the bbq and pool area to ourselves every night - may be different when it’s busier! Even so, the facilities were fantastic and, again, cleanliness was superb. Also Michelle was lovely and very helpful, location great too. Could not recommend staying here enough!
There is a lot to like about this well managed and maintained property. Firstly, its location. A short walk to Port Douglas shops and even closer to Four Mile beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious especially compared to our friend's at Mantra Port Sea and clean with great beds. The washing machine was a bonus for a family holiday. What really impressed us was the pool and BBQ area. The pool is heated and the BBQ area is spotless. We had several meals here as there was a bar fridge with condiments, plastic cups and cutlery, a sink and a shower and toilet room. There were lots of little things included like heaps of coat hangers, laundry detergent, beach towels, under cover parking, dishwasher tablets and cold water in the fridge on arrival as well as the air-con. Every little concern was attended to by the managers, Al and Olivia, who live on the premises and are never far away. I met many return visitors to this property and now I look forward to going back.
This vacation place was so nice to stay at, the room was clean and the air-con was already on when we arrived which was nice as it was so hot outside. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and you are a short walk away from the beach and the shops!
Rooms need a referbishment but still quite acceptable. I asked at the desk to fix the loose toilet holder but nothing happened. Apart from that service would be five stars. Location great you can walk to wherever you want.Rooms: 4/5
My wife, 1 year old daughter stayed there in march 2020. Lovely place short walk to beach and down town/ harbour. Owners were great! They helped us plan out what to do, where to go. They where great family. Would love to go back once covid clears. Well worth every penny.
Great spot - an older apartment block but that means you're not piled on top of others! Al and Olivia are great managers and loved how close it was to the beach/Macrossan Street. Perfect.
Excellent place to stay - quiet but close to centre, close to beach. Whilst some room facilities were a little tired, new management is clearly doing a great job in updating. Room / Public areas lacked for nothing. Great hosts. Excellent value. Would certainly hope to return.
