Fantastic service and support from our property manager Charlotte and the team at reception. My partner and I recently moved in and the house is fantastic and everything we could have wanted. I purchased a property through Ray White Urban Springs in September 2017. All staff, including sales, executive staff, and reception, were highly professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The team made what could have been a stressful experience actually enjoyable and rewarding.
Special mention must be made to Laura, who always made herself available for questions or information.
Highly recommended.

We arrived in Perth in September 2013 and immediate;y began looking for a house to rent. To our very good fortune we found a nice older house managed by Ray White Urban Springs. Four years and three months later we are still here and have only praise for this company. The property managers are a pleasure to deal with, requests for assistance are attended to promptly and courteously, inquiries are responded to quickly, property inspections are completed with the minimum of fuss and we always receive a friendly follow-up call from the office after the inspection to inquire about our satisfaction or otherwise with the company. Certainly the best in our experience.

The service was excellent from the sales team.
Andrew and Danielle were very contactable
and always returned calls and emails promptly.
They were very professional at all times and

My last agent had my house vacant for months, swapped to Ray White and I had amazing tenants in only a couple of weeks.
They may cost a little more but they are very thorough and worth the money
