Have used Barry Plant Belmont and Rhiannon as a property manager for years and found both Rhiannon and the staff to be helpful and professional at all times.

Rhiannon Russell has the worst communication and overall negative, horrid  attitude I've ever seen.   This barry plant should be banned from using the barry plant name.  I'd give it a zero if it were possible.

Still waiting for a call back on a price appraisal !!!
Poor poor service. 
If you can't call back on a future listing, then I would hate to see what sort of service you offer your current customers. 
Btw Get a new receptionist, as this is first point of contact for most customers. This receptionist is rude and should be working in a non-customer service roll.
