Highly recommend - I was house hunting throughout 2022 and it was tough to even get an offer in on a house, as they were all snapped up so quickly. I met Devon Kelly through weekend house inspections. He asked and listened to what I was looking for and contacted me for an early viewing of a property when he found a property similar to what I described he did not waste my time sending me spam in between like many other agents in the area were doing. He was spot on with location, property and house type. I made an offer on the house and his support, guidance and knowledge throughout the buying process was invaluable. He ensured all items were attended to with the owners that were identified for repair through contract inspections/due diligence. Post sale and settlement, he went above and beyond by continuing to check-in with me to ensure I was settling in ok and continued to assist me with trade contacts as I had moved from interstate and was new to the area. Devon was better than a previous buyers agent that I had used. He was great to work with, pragmatic, trustworthy with a wealth of local knowledge and I would highly recommend. Thanks so much for all your help Mr Belmont! :-
Petra took the time today to help us with a fair rent increase which we were happy to pay. She didn’t brush us off and was happy to help. She’s been very helpful in the past as well and is very prompt in her responses if we ever have any issues with the lovely property we are in. What a pleasure it was dealing with Devon Dk from Laurie Kelly/ Devon Kelly Real estate. He turned a stressful time into a great success. Punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable I am so glad I picked him as our agent. He helped smooth out any issues and was absolutely brilliant right through to settlement. 100% recommend. 10/10 service.
I've leased an apartment from Laurie kelly for 4 years, our previous agent "Sandy" was a top notch agent and we never had any problems dealing with her what so ever. Then agent "Sarah Highlands" took over managing the property, and boy , that one person holding every bad qualities a person can have. A bully, rude , liar , and list goes on. We have moved into a new apartment, but she wasn't even happy with that , she has giving us a real bad review with our new agent. Funny part is , we leased that apartment from Laurie for 4 consecutive years. If we were bad tenants, why would they wait all this time for us to leave? I am utterly disappointed at the way she represents her company, and very glad that we got rid of her and her bad attitude.
Have had a great experience with LKR. I've been a tenant for 3 years. Originally I had Jon Oliver who I'll never forget showed me a rental before I had to go to work and at the time I was without a car and he mentioned another rental down the road and drove me to it. I ended up renting that property and still do and he dropped me off at work in the city after looking at the property so i wasnt late. Seriously such a nice gesture. I now have Sarah Highlands and she is amazing too. Always responds and gets the maintenance I need done. Suggests things to help around the unit and is flexible with my now fifo roster. Never had any issues in the 3 years. Thanks guys!
I just purchased a home and Devon Kelly was the agent I can not fault the service I received. Devon was responsive to all of my questions I asked quite a few and provided great advise every step of the way. Highly recommend Laurie Kelly Real Estate
Worst RE I have ever had to deal with, which is why I Iisted my investment property for sale elsewhere. No title was on file when new property manager started as I was emailed at the time asking for me to provide a copy. I had already been a client for several years. Sarah was obnoxious, rude, difficult and just painful to deal with. She emailed me in the afternoon when the tenants handed back the keys telling me she didn't have adequate notice to complete a vacate inspection before my booked settlement date even though knowing very well the settlement date 30 days prior and asked if I would waive my final inspection. Advising there was not enough time to carry out the inspection and to complete any maintenance. Told me if I don't then this can hold up my settlement and I will have to pay penaties. Settlement was booked for 5th December 2022, Sarah told me she couldn't complete the final inspection until she returns from leave on 9th. To my disgust, they hadn't even booked in my tenants final inspection, even though they had 30 days prior to do so. Their excuse was "As tenants don’t always hand back keys on their final day, rather than pre-booking a date that may not work, we usually schedule the final bond once the keys have been received". How on earth does this property management department function not booking in appointments in advance! Especially me being their client for so many years, you think they would try look after me ! They had no regards for my settlement date nor me as a client. No email to thank me for my years of business. Would not recommend this property manager or RE. Stay clear everyone! Their service is atrocious.

Sarah Highlands is exceptionally good to deal with and her good advice is always beneficial to renters and landlords alike.We have found her to be an exceptionally efficient property manager and would highly recommend her to anyone.She is a great asset to her company.
Devon was very professional and very enthusiastic. I had tried a couple of real estate agents and found them to be lack lustre, just another property. Devon was a breath of fresh air. I had to do the sale remotely due to a sudden work transfer, but at no time was this an issue. I received emails and phone calls regularly on the progress of the sale. In the last few days before settlement, Devon organised any outstanding items, often at the last minute. All the fees associated with the sale were available to me and at no time did I not know what was happening with the sale. I'd highly recommend Devon and his team to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property. It has been a breeze having him manage my property sale.
