My wife called up to ask about brake pad fault recall after receiving a letter while away on holidays. The customer service operator was rude and abrupt and dismissed it as “another overreaction” shocking customer service and as a result will be moving the servicing of the car to another location. Avoid them and look at another dealer as they are not customer focused at all.
I have taken my Suzuki here for the past 10 years for its service and they have always looked after me well. Friendly, honest staff and great customer service. I have luckily had very few issues with my car and when I have, they fix them up and keep it running well with each scheduled service.
Shane from Eastern Suzuki provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was back to me as quickly as possible. Being that the service centre was fully booked, and my request came “out of the blue” , I was more then impressed with the care and understanding Shane gave to my situation. I would recommend Eastern Suzuki to anybody. Best in the Business in my opinion.
I will never ever EVER return to this place, where the service guy threw his clipboard at my car and I felt the manager basically dismissed me when I told him what happened! Had to take it up with head office. They buffed out the scratches. I was also told that if I wasn't happy to get in my car and p*@s off. I wish they had security cameras at their entrance. I will NEVER return
Truly excellent service ! I will be using this store from now on . Really happy with the lovely and kind man who serviced my car. Was serviced quickly and he was very honest never tried to upsell me on anything. It was truly amazing I'm extremely happy with the service. I don't be going anywhere else

Great service! I got there before they'd let me know my car was ready. I went for a walk and then decided to hang out in the park opposite. One of the team spotted me and came across the road to give me an update. It was really appreciated :
Prompt, efficient and friendly service. I love that they take the time to clean the car too. Very happy to take my car to Eastern Suzuki and recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or get their car serviced.
The dealership is located in a really convenient location which is especially helpful if you are waiting for the service. The customer service is a bit hit and miss. I booked online but they called me to say the time I booked wasn't available. When I got to the dealership they weren't very accomodating and friendly. My car was serviced in the time promised and have no issue with the work they do. My car wasn't cleaned, and the service books were left scattered in the foot well.
I have been a customer of Eastern Suzuki for 4 years now and my experience with them has been better that expected on all levels. Getting my car serviced there has been totally painless and affordable due to the capped price service agreement when I purchased my cars. I have purchased 3 cars there over the last 4 years - all from Simon Culhane. Would highly recommend dealing with Simon if you are considering buying a new Suzuki as he is a pleasure to deal with, honest and goes the extra mile. John Guthrie
