From the first visit to driving out with our new van the customer service was fabulous. We were able to look at vans at our own pace without sales people bothering us. When we wanted assistance Peter was able to provide the information we needed. The office staff were very helpful and made everything easy for us. Great coffee too! Michelle did a fantastic job showing us all the ins and outs of our new van. She was extremely thorough and made sure everything was in top working order. We would not hesitate to recommend Jayco Bayswater and their great team of people.
Whatever you do, visit Bayswater Jayco. The team is very friendly and happy to assist with queries. You can look around at your leisure with no pressure. Great range too. Matt was absolutely fantastic - very pleasant. He has a vast array of knowledge and he really knows his stuff. He was even happy to advise us of other caravan centres to visit who offered consignment selling. We were blown away with the service we received from Matt - it was just awesome! Thoroughly recommend Bayswater Jayco. They are absolutely fantastic people to deal with. Thank you so much for everything you did for us - we really appreciate it.
Today, Chris provided a great service. I needed assistance and Chris promptly helped without a booking. He checked the awning, resolved the problem easily and l was very happy. Thanks so much tonChris & the whole team have been fabulous over the years. We love our SLOB.
