We picked up our Jayco Lark from Jayco Bayswater today. I can not recommend them any higher! Their service was impeccable! Every single person we dealt with from sales, to contracts, to hand over was amazing. The 2 hour hand over process was absolutely beyond what we expected today and we could not be more thankful! We leave with a spectacular van, lots of knowledge and the peace of mind knowing the support we have!
We cannot fault our whole experience that we had with Jayco Bayswater. From selecting a caravan, trading our caravan in and to the handover day of our new caravan. We had a StarCraft and traded it in for an SILVERLINE outback. Matt and the team made sure the whole process went so smoothly and we were explained everything in detail. We knew exactly what to expect when it came to anything to do with the process. The team at Jayco are so helpful and polite which made us realise we made a good decision on buying from them. On handover day the auto electrician met us at the site to upgrade our wiring and then Greg explained everything about the van that we needed to know. Greg helped us hook up the van and made sure it was level and everything working before we left. A huge Thankyou to the team at Jayco for making our experience a positive one.
It is rare to find good customer service in this day and age. Well, at Bayswater Jayco it abounds. From the moment we walked into the yard, Matt looked after us. No question was too difficult, and he allowed us time to check out the camper we were interested in without us feeling pressured. The yard is extremely well stocked and well set out. Matt continued to look after us through email and text while we made our decision. The sales process was seamless with Melanie and Lisa keeping us up to date. Nonie spent time going over the details of our camper at hand over. Again, nothing was too difficult so we feel confident to use our new purchase. Nonie quickly resolved a key issue. The only concern in the whole process. Well done Bayswater Jayco on delivering good old fashioned, professional service. We highly recommend them. Now the adventures begin.
We recently purchased a new Jayco Silverline from Bayswater, and our overall experience has been excellent. Our salesperson, Peter Kokias, was outstanding—professional, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. Later, Lisa Carroll coordinated the delivery of our van, which took around seven months, and we were very pleased once we finally received our White Haven. My wife and I both loved it immediately.nnThe handover process took about four hours, which was informative and helpful, though we felt a little more time would have been beneficial. Our delivery day was quite busy, as we also had a caravan driving refresher course at Metec, conveniently located near Jayco Bayswater.nnFrom management through to service, including Vanessa, Bob, and Chris, the team has been supportive and very helpful throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending Jayco Bayswater to anyone looking for a smooth and positive caravan-buying experience.
We recently purchased a new Jayco 15.48-7 from Bayswater Jayco after many months of investigating many brands and layouts. As soon as we stepped into the display van we were impressed with the layout and functionality, perfect for our requirements. The build quality was on par, if not better, than some of the more expensive models we’d reviewed.nJASON and the whole team were so patient with the many return visits before we fully committed.nCommunication on build & delivery was fantastic and on time.
