Excellent service from both Emilio and Daniel, gave me a great deal on the trade in as well as the new car. Rego was transferred within a few days. No issues with letting me test drive a few times prior to purchase. Very happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely con men. Brought a car with roadworthy, $8200 and a week later took for a service. It should never had passed a roadworthy, $1100 to fix problems. Do not buy a car from this dealer. Roadworthy not worth the paper they are written on.

I saw a car on Carsales for $3999 which led me here. I took the car for a drive and noted the clutch needed attention and the rego had 4 weeks left till expiry. I asked for a discount of $200 to cover the clutch anomaly and I was told "no the car is too cheap as is and it's a $4200 car"! I made mention of the $3999 price online and suddenly I was made to feel like $3999 was a bargain! By the time I got home 40min away I had a price revision notification that the car was now $4999. The price for me wasn't an issue but the negotiation for the anomalies a couple of other small things besides the clutch were. Glad I didn't buy this car and I'll now increase my budget at another  dealership. Just be honest guys!!!

I would like to give these zero stars but that's not an option. They sold me a dodgey car! Took it straight to my mechanics after I purchased it just to do a once over. My mechanic called me and told me it should not have passed the road worthy and that I need to take it back as the clutch was going and should be fixed under stat warranty!. I took it back and they said they would fix. Gave me a bad car to drive around in that felt like it was going to blow up. They told me it was ready I travelled 2 hours to pick it up and they told me they didn't do the clutch!!!!. They said my mechanic was lieing and it had ages left in it. Not true was hard to change gear I had to get to work so I just left was so angry and mad. It has now gone and is thousands to fix and they are not answering my calls or willing to help

Do not buy from this dealership! I purchased a car from this dealership, through which I was dealing with a man by the name of Emilio. So far I have had no troubles with my vehicle but persuading him to transfer the registration into my name, which includes filing the roadworthy certificate and paying the correct fees to vicroads which were included in the cost of my car, has been an absolute nightmare. He doesn’t pick up his phone to answer calls, he does not return calls, and is very unprofessional. To get him to comply and complete his side of the purchase I had to mention that I will be taking legal action if he does not do his job as it is his legal requirement to hand in the paperwork. It took over a month and a half for him to complete this simple task, nearly causing my vehicles registration to be suspended. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from another dealership!

If you buy from this place be very cautious - get a good mechanic to check the car after they supply a dodgy roadworthy, then be prepared to pay for another check after "repairs" have been done.  Several reviews state that registration was never transferred - this happened to me though I expected this to happen.  Make sure your sales document has the drive away price listed with breakdown of prices. Take the transfer document and sales document to Vic roads to force the sale - they will then chase the dealership for the roadworthy and fees.  Basically factor in inconveniences and $300-500 extra for mechanical inspections if you choose to buy from here.
