Thanks to the lady who helped me by changing the headlight globes on my car. She helped me with finding the correct ones, and then proceeded to fit them at not extra charge. Fantastic customer service. It's all too often people will complain about the most insignificant things when it comes to customer service, but not often enough do we thank those who go out of their way. I honestly don't know what the other reviewers are going on about. Once again, thank you. I will be returning.

I have dealt with this store for a number of products and their help was always brilliant, even if they didn't have a product or were unable to get it quickly enough for me they were able to offer suggestions where else I could buy it.  My last purchase was for a complete sound system.  They had the staff that knew all the products, what was good value and what was not and were able to advise me in simple ( non-technical ) talk about the pro's and cons of each item.  In the end I got a brilliant system that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than I had been previously quoted from other suppliers and was fitted brilliantly. ( not a cable to be seen )  I cannot speak highly enough about this group of people.  Oh and just so everybody knows, I have absolutely NO affiliation with anybody in this store, just a VERY happy customer
