Since Earnshaws took over from Trevor Clark, we have been extremely impressed with the way our property has been managed whilst being rented out.  The property manager, Nicole, and her team have been excellent in finding reliable and good tenants for our house.  The Earnshaws team always get back to us promptly with any questions we have and communicate efficiently and reliably, if there are any issues with our property.  In particular, Nicole is extremely professional and nothing is ever a problem for her.  The owner, Lindsay, has also been great to deal with and always gets back quickly to us with any questions we may have had, which is excellent and appreciated, as we are currently living overseas and with the distance we appreciate the great level of communication.  We would highly recommend Earnshaws Real Estate to anyone who is wanting a reliable and professional management team for a property they own in the Perth hills and may want, or need, to rent out.

The Property Management Team at Earnshaws are so pleasant and professional to deal with.    Owning and managing an investment property can be a really stressful experience and if you hand it over to the wrong agent then you are in big trouble.
From the initial sign up through to selecting a tenant, I had no doubt that this team of experts were acting in our best interests at every turn.   They made the whole process very easy and stress free.  
I have complete confidence that our property is in the best possible hands and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Earnshaws Real Estate now manage two of my Investments houses in the hills of Perth.  I have found them extremely friendly and professional to deal with and they have found fantastic tenants for me!  They handle any maintenance with ease, be it small things or large and have a very reliable team of support workers on call.  If you don't want the stress of managing your own investment properties, then I can definitely highly recommend Earnshaws for the job!

My home is managed by Earnshaws Real estate in Darlington. Whilst my first set of tenants were very difficult, I have only good things to say about the management team. They are professional and very fair in all their dealings.They are quick to contact me for any repairs that are needed, and accurate and reasonable in all advice given. The management team is mindful of costs involved, as well as time and inconvenience during repairs for the tenants.
I am very happy to recommend Earnshaws Real Estate for rental management. I have also had Lindsay Earnshaw in to give a property evaluation on more than one occasion and found him to be fair and accurate, both in his knowledge of the area and his information and advice.
