Story

Established in '92, Dunwoody's Tavern has recently undergone extensive renovations to once again become the great pub that locals love!
With a huge outdoor dining verandah, 160 seat restaurant, state of the art gaming and tab facilities (including 2 matrix screens for sporting enjoyment) and both indoor and outdoor kids play areas, Dunwoody's is the pub of choice for that special night out with friends or family.

We dined here for father's day lunch. I highly recommend to book as it is a very busy place. There are 3 - 4 different areas that you can eat.It was quite noisy, but there was a lot of people there. The food came out really quick and staff were fast to clear the tables when you had finished. I had the ribs,they fell of the bone and had a lovely taste, but would had been good with a little more sauce. The cookie dessert was very sweet, but I ate every bite as it was yummy. There was live music, but we couldn't hear it in the dining room. There is a pokie room and keno for a flutter. Free water for sober Bob and a full bar of different drinks. There is a ATM if you are needing cash, but the business takes card, like most places. There were steps to enter the building, but if you are disabled I would ask them if there is a ramp.nIf you like my reviews please follow us around Australia .
We had a table booked for Fathers Day a couple of weeks ago. Pub was very busy. The Manager? and staff went over and above our requests. Given we had a couple of oldies in our group, distance, chairs etc. was not easy. Nothing was a problem for the Manager, as we moved twice to accommodate us for comfort. Thank you again for your kindness and an enjoyable day. We loved it
We had a really good experience here, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Leila and Benjamin who took the time to go over the menu and give advice about things to do in the local area. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and we liked the place so much we went again the following night. This time served by Maresa and again, Benjamin. Excellent service, very attentive and the chicken schnitzel I had was HUGE and very tasty. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks guys
I dropped in for dinner after a recommendation from where I was staying, the staff were very friendly and attentive.nnI ordered the Lamb rump, what a fantastic dish, the chef cooked the lamb perfect and the dish as a whole was great. For dessert I was recommended the biscuit skillet, wow, very rich but great.
Dunwoody's is always a great time. We have been back numerous times. Especially when we can book a table beside the playground! Great dinner and decent sized kids meals.
