The Dugandan Hotel or "The Dugie" as it is affectionately known is a classic Queensland Country Pub. We serve great pub meals, ice cold beer and award winning wines from Sirromet. Went there today for an early Christmas lunch with my daughters, my daughter’s partner and my g-baby a very attention seeking dachshund puppy. I had never been here before and chose it as it was dog friendly. The bar staff were very welcoming and friendly, setting us up for a great afternoon. The beer garden was well shaded by some incredibly beautiful large trees, and the musician that was playing was fantastic. There was a great atmosphere in and around the pub. The food was great and the wait times on food was very short. It’s so hard to find a pub with a great beer garden and atmosphere, but this place hits the spot. So glad we came here, just wish it was closer to home so I could do a regular Sunday session here. Absolutely loved our afternoon here.
Had lunch there today. Excellent Parmi, chips and salad. Plenty of places to sit inside, on the verandah or deck or out the back under the trees. Friendly staff and cold drinks. Thanks for a great lunch.
Fantastic stop got lunch with the dogs. Never seen such a pet friendly place before in our travels. Our girls enjoyed their first puppachino.
Great Aussie atmosphere if you're after that kind of thing. Food was mediocre. If I was them I'd cut down the large menu which suggests a large freezer & focus on better quality. If you're a vegetarian it's pretty much just chips for you.
Best place in Boonah to get a chicken schnitzel, have no idea about the rooms. But the people are lovely and the staff are awesome. I recommend this place 100%
