With children traveling on the school bus routes I have found the experience, as a parent, to be a safe, reliable and sensible environment for my children to be using day in and day out. I personally have needed to contact the office a few times; as of recent, June 2016. With each of my encounters, all the staff I have spoken to have been extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, caring and generous with all attempts to rectify issues I have forwarded to them; all have been my personal family issues not ones I have of they're service. Furthermore, each employee, as I have come to understand, hold's high expectations of their responsibilities towards the safety of children boarding and leaving each of the services. In all, I feel quite comfortable with the care and safety of my children whilst on the bus; resulting in a little less stress throughout my day. Thank you all for your great customer service and the level of care you give to the safety of my children as they travel on your bus service.
New to Bundy and buses , staff were so helpful with buses , timetables, passes and buses for kids for school. Made it so much easier. Thanks
The best Bus Company out, School and City runs around all suburbs.
Too far from the city, need to walk a lot from the bus to reach the office
