The young lady on reception was very pleasant and certainly accommodating when I rang to request a telephone consultation this morning. My normal Dr was not available but she offered me an app with another Dr for today. The Dr understood my concerns, text through a pathology request & we are just waiting on results. Thank you for your professionalism Burrum Street Medical.
Have been a customer for many years. All the Doctors here are amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and always taking their time to listen. The staff are helpul and kind. The pharmacy conveniently located in the same building pride themselves providing the family oriented, old fashioned service where they value their customer well.
Brilliant! Caring staff and excellent highly qualified doctors. Yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID. I rang about the antiviral medication. My usual doctor was on leave, however, the receptionist organised for one of the doctors to ring me straight back and she sent a prescription to my pharmacy immediately. Very professional and what a relief to know you have such an excellent medical team on your side.
I have had such a good experience with Burrum Street Medical. Dr Rasmussen is supportive. Often I find GPs not to be helpful or even care. She listens and helps and takes the time to find what is wrong and does testing. That is always what I’ve wanted in a doctor. To feel heard and helped.
Very lovely staff and great GPs. Offer a range of services from General Health, minor surgical, Medicals and Work Cover. We use them for our Family and our Business needs. Highly recommend
Dr Kerswill has been my family doctor for a long time and puts his patient first and foremost. At reception it is a breath of fresh air when you walk in and are greeted with a huge smile from Molly and Eva. Always polite, caring and show empathy and do the best to help you.
Have been a long, long time patient at this practice. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Some of them are just like family, we have been going there for so long. And of course, Dr Kerswill is just absolutely tops.
