Our family have been at Burrun St for 10+ years now. Dr Roux has been our doctor and she is very through and makes you feel listened too. She knows our family and is great with the kids. All the othe Doctors we've seen there have been good also. Reception staff are helpful and nice too
Staff are always happy. My doctor looks after me well. Nurses out the back work all the time for each of the doctors. Great practice!
Me and my family have been visiting Burrum Street Medical for many years now and have found all the GP’s, nurses and staff to be very professional and caring. There is a chemist and pathology conveniently located on site. Can’t fault their services or wait times.
Fabulous practice, nothing was too much trouble, the girls at the reception made every effort to fit in a late urgent appointment which was much appreciated, definitely don’t get this kind of service a bit further south where we live, an hours drive to Bundaberg was well worth while.
The young lady on reception was very pleasant and certainly accommodating when I rang to request a telephone consultation this morning. My normal Dr was not available but she offered me an app with another Dr for today. The Dr understood my concerns, text through a pathology request & we are just waiting on results. Brilliant! Caring staff and excellent highly qualified doctors. Yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID. I rang about the antiviral medication. My usual doctor was on leave, however, the receptionist organised for one of the doctors to ring me straight back and she sent a prescription to my pharmacy immediately. Very professional and what a relief to know you have such an excellent medical team on your side.
Have been a customer for many years. All the Doctors here are amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and always taking their time to listen. The staff are helpul and kind. The pharmacy conveniently located in the same building pride themselves providing the family oriented, old fashioned service where they value their customer well.
Loved Dr Rasmussen, so sad she moved to another practice! Usually have a good experience with the other Dr’s as well but she really listened/solved my concerns
