Convenient supermarket with a good range of everyday groceries, fresh produce, and deli items. Prices are reasonable and there are often specials worth grabbing. Store layout is easy to navigate, and shelves are generally well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need assistance. Handy for doing a full shop or just picking up a few things while in the area.
Just used the checkout near the fruit and veg end and I want to say that the young guy that served me, his name is Thomas....wow outstanding customer service! It's not often we get service like he gave anymore. He was welcoming, friendly, chatty and was genuinely interested in me and how my day had been.nIt was really nice to have a conversation and to be greeted by such a lovely young man.nWell done Thomas, and thank you.nDrakes, Thomas in my opinion is a great asset to your store and he should be rewarded for this outstanding customer service.nKeep up the good work Thomas
Just used checkout 14, young lad on the register Thomas. Wow his customer service was outstanding. The way he helped an elderly gentleman with getting his shopping sorted in his trolley, the genuine respect he showed. Well done, keep up the great work. You will go far.

Usually ok to shop here, but today the girl at the express checkout was busy smearing lip balm/gloss on her lips with her fingers. When she was finished and ready to serve she was about to touch my groceries. I asked if she was going to use hand sanitizer first. she seem surprised. Maybe a refresher in hygiene for staff??
