Today I bought a bread packet from Foodland and within one minute I returned because thenbread inside was already broken and damaged. I did not open the packet, and the product was clearly faulty from the store side.nWhen I asked for a replacement, the staff member Nik Sharma refused to replace or refund it. This was very disappointing because under Australian consumer law, a damaged product should be replaced or refunded.nI have been a regular customer, but this experience made me feel disrespected and ignored.nI am also attaching photos of the bread packet as proof of the damage.nI hope Foodland management looks into this and improves their customer service.

Great customer service here! Came at 11:15pm thinking the store closed at 12pm and the staff were packing up for the night. Legend on desk unexpectedly opened the door for us and let us quickly purchase some items. Thanks so much!!
As other reviews have said it's a shame the staff are rude here, had my change roughly dropped from height causing it to spill all over the counter leaving me to pick it up. It's apparently just too hard to gently hand change to the customers and greet them with anything other than a grunt and glare.
