Recently had Cataract surgery on my right eye after same surgery on my left in 2009. The new lens inserted has made an amazing difference to my vision. The clarity and contrast means I rarely need to wear reading glasses at all. The whole procedure was painless and I was back golfing after 4 days. Can't recommend Dr Wolfe enough. Thanks to the entire team.
My first visit to Dr Rick Wolfe was today after a significant eye injury which more than likely meant I was not a suitable candidate for laser. Prior to my appointment I had wonderful personalised emails letting me know what to expect from the personable and professional Bridie. When I arrived the office was absolutely beautiful and put me at ease immediately on what had been a very stressful day for me so far. I was seen quickly by two very professional consultants and optometrists who were warm friendly, let me know exactly what to expect and made me relax. Dr Wolfe was open honest and friendly and at the end of all my tests and measurements and photos I received the excellent news that he definitely saw me as a laser eye candidate - although there may be hurdles to get there I felt supported and that I was given a very thorough consult. My first experience could not have been more positive and there is light at the end of the tunnel! Thanks Dr Wolfe and your wonderful team, I could not be happier and am looking forward to coming back on the 19th!
The one star review below is most unusual. My experience was very positive. From the outset we established that it was unlikely I would pay the $5500 $5000 on the day immediately, but the team were very friendly and helpful nonetheless. I was very comfortable and knew everything I needed to by the end of the consultation. It was a very sunny day but I had no issues whatsoever with seeing, and was driving straight away; there is only one procedure that dilates the pupil, and the effect only lasts for 20 minutes so I have no idea what the other reviewer is flapping on about frankly, perhaps the culmination of a bad day, now an indelible e-mark against a great clinic!
What can I say .. over the last couple of months with my visits to vista eyes was out of this world... the super incredible girls behind the desk and in the eye rooms are out of this world.. I look forward to my appointments ... Dr Rick Wolfe is so so so amazing and informative and gentle and funny ... I was a little nervous on the day of surgery but the amazing staff put my nerves at ease ... my eyesight is amazing ... the whole process easy peasy!! I strongly recommend Vista eyes ..
Long waiting hours, exorbitant fees, poor surgery outcome, lack of aftercare..terrible..
