I had waited for this appointment and someone to listen. The doctor barely looked at me and just tapped away at her screen. I was sent away with blood tests and to come back in a month with results, which I won’t be doing.
I have been seeing Dr Kho from Rapha Centre and he is absolutley amazing. He's completely turned around my health from nearly all angles. Most significantly - by balancing my hormones, I now sleep better goodbye insomnia but more importantly - my anxiety has diminished and my relationships in all areas personal and professional have improved. I had no idea my hormones were messing with me so badly!! I have nothing but deep gratitude to Dr Kho for his attention to detail - leaving no stone unturned to get to the bottom of my health issues. I also really like the holistic style of this practice. Most of the medication I have been taking is plant based and bio-identical, which is my preference. Also, Dr Kho had other tests conducted to see the underlying cause of my hormone issues, which were presenting far too early in life, which shows show thorough he is. I don't think we have ALL the answers yet, but I do have MANY. I appreciate that Dr Kho has been so thorough and so caring. Dr Kho, and the Rapha Centre, has my highest endorsement.
I thank God for the Rapha Centre. After suffering Peri and Menopausal symptoms for way too long, I found the Rapha Centre. Jille was so thorough and assuring. I had my Bioidentical HRT 'recipe made just for my body, my symptoms. 3xmonths on and the difference was dramatic. Jille then 'tweaked' my prescription and goodbye sweats/flushes, fatigue and crazy hormones! Hello even moods, energy, sleep, calmness and regaining 'myself'. Life changing. Totally amazed. Incredibly grateful. X
The Rapha Centre provides a warm and welcoming space with caring practitioners that provide a personalised and more natural approach to women’s health.
Made an appointment over 3 months prior with a GP at this clinic. Get a call a week before my appointment saying that GP has left and if I want to see another GP the next appointment is in another 4 months. Bad service.
wow its unbelievable. something so simple can have such an awesome result. highly recommend it to those struggling with the age change. just go and try it. It really is that simple and not that expensive. all I can say is just do it.
These guys are phenomenal. Can't recommend them highly enough.
