Very unprofessional. Went for my boy's blood collection. Nurse on duty asked me to wait. After 20 minutes wait she told me that she can't collect blood as she is not trained for kids. However she did small baby before me. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Absolutely terrible signage for parking and rude staff, whilst driving around trying to find where to go as they’ve changed buildings I parked in a spot just to come out to check if it was the right door and came back to find a staff member photographing my car as apparently it was staff parking, with no sign what so ever! And being incredibly rude about it yelling, not sure what he thinks that would achieve. I would just save your self a headache and go to another place.
I've been here a couple of times now for pregnancy related blood tests. They were fabulous especially since I have hard to get to veins. I had one test which required me to sit there for 2 hrs. They took good care of me and made sure I was doing ok.
No parking terribly slow and disorganised. Have been waiting over 30 mins and still not, staff seem to spent more time clicking the stapler than actually taking bloods.
Spoke to a few different ladies, all of them were quite rude, sighing a lot and didn't have any manners or customer service skills. I'm glad I'm not a regular patient there
When I had my PCR done here they did not put the swab deep enough into my nose I put my RATs deeper. Staff need to be trained to take PCRs properly. I had to get mine done again elsewhere due to this.
Get ready to waste your time. I was initially told I would have to wait 50 minutes, which I agreed. After waiting for 67 minutes, I asked if I needed to wait more, and they simply said, it will be another 15 minutes. I'm sitting here currently waiting for my test to happen after 20 more minutes of wait. They believe their time is more valuable than the one of their customers. Get a booking system or do something to address those waiting times. On the bright side the nurses where very professional and approachable
Very large and spacious, provides Covid 19 testing for FIFO and GP request. Very friendly staff and explained all the question prior to testing.
My son's girlfriend went to have a pcr test for her requirements for her flight back home to Japan, the lady that getting the information was so rude and unprofessional and very sad to learned that she's a Filipina. She yelled to her because shes a soft spoken person. They should be a bit respectful of person's personality especially they are in the front line. The date wass 07/04/2022 around 2pm.
If you need an iron infusion this is the best place in Perth. I was recommended this place by my dietician and they didn’t disappoint. I returned for a second one this year also. Very professional staff. Amazingly comfy chairs to sit or recline in for the hour wait. Very clean. The nurses are great and make you feel really at ease. So if you are a bit nervous don’t waste your time having the GP do it come to this place.
