Amazing place. Fantastic workouts with a happy, friendly, enthusiastic, encouraging and supportive team of people who feel like my family. The workouts are intense but structured in a way that they are suitable for everyone as all the exercises have different levels of difficulty. Also love the meditation as the wellness balance to my training.

Awesome place! Love the trainers and the people, all who help encourage and motivate me to try my hardest. Classes are always varied so I never get bored ☺️, and always a friendly atmosphere.

Awesome gym and crew that attend... classes are great and the staff are fantastic... the music in the classes is awesome particurlarly Callums... get involved if you want a healthier lifestyle....

I love attending the fitness classes at Bodycentral!! The trainers Jody, Tony, Chantelle and Calum are all so great! I can feel myself getting stronger and fitter each session. They are also great with injuries by providing work-at-your-own pace classes. I'd highly recommend!
