Surgical House have always been very supportive, particularly during COVID-19 and making sure we had supplies of PPE to allow us to continue delivering in-home to the vulnerable children we support. We use Surgical House for our consumables and equipment. Highly recommended NDIS supplier.
Been using this company for years and it used to give a friendly service, but good staff have left bad staff in charge!. Over the last year I have been treated like I am a pain every time I try and buy something. First I was told only 5 things can now be ordered in store. Then moaned that I didn’t have the code, even though everyone previously over the past 15yrs had just looked at my previous order and re ordered it Then I sat waiting and nothing came out, she didn’t even notice that all the other orders after me had been sent out immediately… Sat there for 30min…. Then I asked her to check, she moaned that it was my fault again! She hadn’t sent the order through. Sorry but customer service at this place has never been as bad and this is not the only time as a customer I have felt like my custom is not wanted. Shame you value the bad front of house staff staying and have not picked up that the great team that once was their has now left… can only assume bad management. Oh and god forbid you need to return and unopened/used box!!! Nope that won’t happen either…
I called into Surgical House today to pick up some specialised items for my father who is just out of hospital. They had everything I needed and the woman in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with purchasing the correct items. Thanks for making a stressful time a little easier.
Never again, sloppy service. What really stood out was the message on the answering service rarely answer their phone " Don't abuse the staff" I found that quite surprising as if you offer a great service why would anyone abuse you. Took them a week to put a parcel on overnight courier and were in my belief somewhat misleading when I did get hold of them. If there was a - that's what I would have rated them. Found another very helpful business in Perth who were happy for the business , I was not treated as a nuisance!

Great straight forward service. Be aware this isn't a consumer oriented store, it's targeted at medical providers who know what they need. Check online, make sure you know what you're after, and you'll get excellent service and pricing. Absolutely awesome. I'm so thankful that they're here!
They had exactly what I wanted which no chemists I'd tried so far had, and then suggested other things I'd probably need too, which I didn't know about but in fact did need. And then, as I was deciding if I should get 2 or 3 depending on the price, I was told they came in packs of 5 for only $5 in total - I had expected much more than that for just 1. So, friendly, helpful and useful expert service at an excellent price.
Pretty frustrated customer. If you can avoid surgical house do so. I've rung 3 times this morning to get a price on an item and I'm promised call backs and kept on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Definitely needs more people who are willing to help then "I'll transfer you". Your dealing with persons whom have difficulties with access and aged and disabilities. It certainly is not good enough. This isn't the first time I've had this experience and always given benefit of the doubt but this is incredibly frustrating. Now to make the trip in to get a price... Will be moving my NDIS plan to a different provider after this. Such a shame as SH is local for me. Not acceptable. Edit to add, removed two star, now 1 star. My google review got more prompt attention then my enquiry. Advised the manager to consider to get more staff to assist when staff are sick or on holiday as it is not a suitable excuse considering it is used regularly.
Ordered items 7 weeks ago and they never arrived. Received a dispatch notification saying it was being sent to the wrong address surgicalhouse used an old address from an order I made a year prior, not the new address I entered in the new order. I emailed twice, and they responsed saying they would follow up. Never heard back. Items never arrived. Ordered from a different store on the other side of the country and it arrived within a week. Never again.
Wish there was a lower star rating avalible as this place is so bad for everything. They are slow at sending supplys unless you order 7 years in advance do not expect an order soon. Ordered 7 days ago and not a single thing has arrived. Would be faster to go via easern states and get it in 3 days. They are just banking on customers having nowhere else to go.
