I normally expect bad service from dotti based on past experiences in New Zealand with the company and could not believe that it could possible get worse than what I have already experienced. I went to this dotti store today and was not acknowledged for 15 minutes (keep in mind that I'm the only customer in store), I picked up a garment and went to the counter to ask if my size was available and instead of looking up the size I'm after the sales person picks up a call on her cellphone and walks off without a word.... You must be kidding me? Dotti, you need to work on your customer service because bad customer can't sell overpriced items.
