Not Good!! Checked advertised closing time for a Tuesday.4.30pm. Wanted to check the availability of some door handles. Drove 20kms and arrived at 4.15pm. The place was totally deserted. No sign on the door to indicate why the place was closed. Very poor customer service, but I guess when the building industry is booming suppliers like Doric can get arrogant and do their own thing. Tried calling....not even an answering machine. What planet are these guys on. Badly in need of some customer service training.
Only too willing to help and cross reference part numbers for a superseded part excellent service
